Hi all. I am just coming online to let y’all know I have not fallen off the face of the earth. For anyone out there wishing I had, sorry to disappoint.
I must tell you, I have been a busy girl! I am mostly through with school (yay!), almost have my gals in my office in all the right places (double yay!), and have my home nearly restored to somewhat organized (triple yay!). Okay, I will confess, I am long from being done with that triple yay, but I am coming closer all the time.
For those of you that know me or have read my blog, you may have gotten the impression that I am always looking for ways to improve my knowledge of health, including both nutrition and exercise. I have tried several different things and have stuck with very few of them. Isn’t that called human nature these days though??? Anyway, I am now doing something called a Whole30. Basically, I am eating all natural foods with no dairy, legumes, added sugar (of ANY kind), or grains and have gone Paleo. I am halfway through today and let me tell you, I am feeling great! I have energy, motivation, and am happy for no reason despite what stress is trying to slay my frame of mind. I am loving it! I will probably write more on it later on my other blog, from health idle to health fantastic. I need to start tracking my progress a bit.
Alright, so I am here, alive and well. I have not been going out much or doing a lot lately due to the Whole30 and my own personal fear of screwing it up! I am figuring out that I need to get myself back out there and get life going. I am definitely stronger than any food craving, so fear not and get life moving. I will check back in soon folks.
